Most everyone needs a caregiver in their last weeks or months of life. However, many people don't have this support available to them during this time.
Sunset Home offers financial support for hospice patients who need in-home caregivers.

Patients who don’t have caregivers face agonizing choices:
• Try to get
a bed in the local nursing home (and maybe get on
its waiting list);
• Look for an inpatient hospice in an urban area;
• Be admitted to the hospital for a final illness;
• Move in with a relative in another area;
• Hire a live-in caregiver at tremendous cost;
• Stay at home with inadequate support.
Sunset Home
will offer support so that patients can stay in the
community they love—and have the support and care they
deserve.
Sunset Home is a duly authorized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
